PSS works with employers and training providers to develop and deliver training for the port sector. Some of these courses are offered directly through PSS at a reduced rate to members.
The PSS training provider membership is an area of continued focus as training providers and colleges are essential in helping to skill the workforce and create new courses, qualifications and apprenticeships to meet industry needs.
Training provider members are invited to join the PSS Training Provider group, set up to provide further opportunities to collaborate on course provision and learn more about sector training needs.
