Training Providers
Training Provider membership is open to training providers who provide learning and development to the ports industry. We do not accredit training providers, but act as a network to put members in touch with them, advertise courses and invite their input into training standards and course development. In addition to standard membership benefits, training providers can also attend the training provider working group:
- Shape the work of PSS.
- Be the first to hear about new opportunities.
- Training collaboration opportunities with PSS.
- Develop and deliver new courses, qualifications and apprenticeships specifically required by the port sector.
- Input into the development of the PSS training directory.
- Support the development of a career map of port roles and progression routes.
- Support the creation of resources promoting the diverse range of careers in ports.
- Specialist speakers on skills to meet the needs of the group.
- Shape curriculum activities for careers outreach.
- Access port-specific training for curriculum staff.
Training Provider Subscription 2024: £650.00 + VAT
PSS subscription year runs from 01 January to 31 December. Subscription fees for organisations joining part-way through the year are calculated pro rata.
