This is a PSS organised course.
The Explosive Security Officers (ESO) course is aimed at managing the risk of explosives in ports. It is delivered by Liz Nelson of Cranfield University, Dr Qamar Khan of Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Trever Lawrence of Cranfield Ordnance Test and Evaluation Centre (COTEC).

The course is suitable for Explosive Security Officers and those managing them, Harbour Masters and all those with ESO responsibilities.
