New SiP on lithium-ion batteries launched

PSS has produced a new Safety in Ports guidance document covering the increased prevalence of lithium-ion batteries in ports and their distinct safety requirements.

Alongside the guidance, members also have access to additional resources including related images, videos and a compliance checklist. PSS member Virsec will also shortly be launching an online course for port operatives to accompany this SiP.
