An exciting opportunity to shape a new role has opened at Port Skills and Safety Ltd (PSS).
PSS is the UK’s primary membership organisation for skills and safety for the ports’ sector and we're currently looking for a new Executive Assistant.
The successful candidate will assist the Chief Executive and her team to deliver the strategic plan by ensuring organisational efficiency, supporting its positive social media profile and member company experience.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Events Coordinator is essential. This could also provide a Graduate Apprenticeship opportunity for a graduate in a relevant discipline. Interpersonal skills, project management and organisational skills essential.
Key activities include managing the PSS’ budget, planning and organising VIP events, conferences and training events, facilitating and minuting Board meetings, payroll administration, general office management and membership communications.
£35-45k
