The apprentices have gained invaluable on the job experience, and we have benefited from enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated employees who want to have a long and fulfilling career in the marine industry.

Our first two marine apprentices have now completed their end point assessments on the Workboat Crewmember apprenticeship and will continue their development with us on our ‘Pathway to Coxswain’ programme.
