Stowlog

Stowlog is a modular Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to digitalise safety,
security, and compliance procedures within port and logistics facilities.

Developed by Estudio Cactus, a technology company with long-standing experience in the
port and logistics sector, Stowlog was created to address a common industry challenge: the
continued reliance on fragmented, manual, or semi-digital processes to manage critical
HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) workflows. These approaches often limit
visibility, reduce operational efficiency, and increase risk in complex, high-risk operational
environments.

Stowlog provides a centralised digital platform that enables port operators and HSSE teams
to manage, monitor, and standardise safety and security processes across their facilities.
The platform follows a modular architecture, allowing organisations to implement only the
modules required for their operations while remaining fully scalable as needs evolve.

Key functionalities include digital safety inductions, visitor and contractor management,
permit-to-work processes, real-time geolocation of personnel, interactive 3D facility mapping,
and risk assessment workflows, among others. All data is captured in real time, creating
auditable records and providing HSSE teams with improved situational awareness and
data-driven insights to support proactive decision-making.

Stowlog is currently deployed across multiple port and logistics facilities around 15 countries
in 4 continents, supporting safety managers, security officers, and operational teams in their
daily responsibilities. The platform is designed to be accessible for both internal teams and
external users such as contractors, drivers, and visitors.

Stowlog’s mission is to contribute to safer, more efficient, and more compliant port and
logistics environments by supporting continuous improvement in safety culture, skills
development, and operational best practices.
