Published: Mar 24, 2025

For the fifth consecutive year, the last week in March marks Mental Health in Ports Week, a campaign with articles and discussions focused on the importance of mental wellbeing as a vital part of creating safer and more supportive port environments.

Throughout the week, we will publish articles exploring at key elements of positive mental health awareness. This year’s topics include:

  • Good mental health and resilience
  • Mental health across the workplace.
  • The impact of shift work.
  • Social support.
  • Healthy minds.

We will also be revealing the findings from the third PSS Ports Happiness Survey. The survey remains open until Wednesday, with the results set to be published on Friday, so there is still time to share your views: complete the survey.

In addition to the website articles, we will continue the conversation on our LinkedIn page where we invite you to contribute to the above topics or any other wellbeing at work issues that are important to you. Use the tag MHiP2025 to keep the conversation going.
