A CPD accredited one-day scenario-based training course to introduce best practice when creating a Major/Critical Incident Decision log. The course includes an overview of relevant legislation, provides knowledge around the importance of the role of log keeping and demonstrates how to complete a log. Thereby, raising awareness and introducing the different aspects of how to keep comprehensive logs during an incident.
State 21 understand that hosting a full on‑site course, or releasing enough staff to fill a classroom, isn’t always practical. Following client feedback, these regional sessions offer a cost‑effective, accessible option for organisations wishing to send individual delegates or small teams.
