A CPD accredited one-day scenario-based training course to introduce the structure behind the Command and Control of an emergency/major or critical incident response.

The course introduces the Joint Emergency Services Interoperability Principles (JESIP) and the Joint Decision Model (JDM), in order to make and record defensible decisions.

Aimed at individuals who may be required to undertake a command role, whether this be at Strategic (Gold), Tactical (Silver) or Operational (Bronze) level. Thereby, raising awareness and introducing the different aspects of the command structure (including multi agency working).

State 21 understand that hosting a full on‑site course, or releasing enough staff to fill a classroom, isn’t always practical. Following client feedback, these regional sessions offer a cost‑effective, accessible option for organisations wishing to send individual delegates or small teams.
