Explosive Security Officers Course: 30 January 2024

Training

PSS are pleased to advise that the one-day Explosives Security Officer courses will run throughout 2024. Closing date for delegate application for this course will be 15 January 2024.

These courses will be held on site at the Cranfield Ordinance Test & Evaluation Centre (COTEC) in Wiltshire.

The day will run from 08:45 – 16:30 and include an explosives demonstration in the afternoon sessions.

The course will be delivered by Liz Nelson of Cranfield University, and Dr Qamar Khan of HSE and Trever Lawrence of COTEC.

This course is aimed at managing the risk of explosives in ports and is suitable for:

  • Explosive Security Officer
  • Those with ESO responsibilities
  • Those responsible for ESOs

Early Bird* Members Rate: £750 + VAT

Members Rate: £850 + VAT

Non-members rate: £1,000 + VAT

*Early bird rate is valid for courses booked more than two months in advance.
