Weston College is one of the largest Colleges in England recognised as Good by Ofsted and Strong for its approach to working with employers to deliver skills training. The College has 30,000 annual enrolments, offers approximately 1,000 courses working with 800+ employers to address skills gaps. The College is a top apprenticeship provider regionally and nationally training 2,500+ apprentices annually, including at degree level, recognised as the South West Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year (2023). Apprenticeships are designed with employers and include successful upskilling programmes such as its Maritime Leadership & Development Programme with the Bristol Port company, evidenced by achievement rates 12% above national average and 82% of management learners achieving distinctions.
