Tom Rodgers is the health, safety and environmental manager at Warrenpoint Port, where he leads the development and implementation of the port’s health and safety management system and oversees compliance across all operational activities. Since joining the organisation, he has established comprehensive risk management frameworks, introduced near-miss reporting systems, and developed asset and asbestos registers.
Tom brings over 30 years’ experience across manufacturing, production management, and occupational health and safety. Prior to joining Warrenpoint Port, he served as health and safety manager at Norbrook Laboratories Limited, where he implemented a structured safety management system aligned with HSG65 and delivered training to senior leaders and operational teams.
A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast with a B.S.Sc. (Hons) in Economic and Social History, Thomas holds the NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and is an experienced trainer, delivering accredited health and safety qualifications alongside his professional role.
