Harry Palmer works for TT Club, supporting Ports and Terminals Members to understand and manage risk across their operations, assets, and infrastructure. Through member engagement, site surveys, workshops, and the development of technical guidance, Harry helps identify practical risk reduction measures aimed at reducing claims and supporting a safer, more secure, and more sustainable port and terminal sector.
As a Chartered Maritime Civil Engineer, Harry brings a strong technical background in the design and construction of ports and harbours, alongside experience in insurance claims surveying and expert witness work. This combination of operational risk insight, engineering expertise, and claims experience informs his work with TT Club members across the global ports and terminals industry.
