Andrew is commercial director at Active Training Team (ATT), joining the business in January 2025. He and the ATT team support organisations operating in high-risk work environments to strengthen safety leadership through immersive, behaviour-focused training. Their mission: to mitigate risk, improve safety performance, and ensure every team member returns home safely each day.
