Speaker bio: Alazne Oiarbide

Alazne Oiarbide is the product wwner of Stowlog, a modular software designed to improve safety, security and operational efficiency across port logistics facilities worldwide. With more than three years of experience in the port logistics sector, she works at the intersection of technology and terminal operations, helping them modernise critical safety and compliance processes.

Through her work with Stowlog, Alazne has collaborated closely with major global operators including Maersk, APM Terminals, CMA-CGM, and Cosco shipping, supporting facilities across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia in their journey toward safer and more efficient port operations. The software is currently deployed in terminals, warehouses, and depots in more than 15 countries, helping facilities digitise everyday workflows and gain real-time visibility into on-site activity.

As product owner, she plays a key role in shaping solutions that address the operational challenges of port logistics facilities. Her work focuses on the digitisation and standardisation of critical HSSE processes, such as safety inductions, visitor control, contractor and permit to work management, risk assessments —areas that have traditionally relied on manual, paper-based systems.

Alazne is particularly passionate about transforming safety culture in ports through technology. By helping facilities move from manual processes to integrated digital workflows, she has contributed to the creation of standard operational flows that improve compliance, reduce operational risks, and enable teams to make faster, data-driven decisions
