Port incident statistics
PSS compiles incident statistics from members to produce benchmarking incident data for the UK Port sector. The data is submitted monthly by contributing members and collated as an interactive dashboard, accessible by those who contribute.
The data is also anonymised and used to compile a yearly report tracking safety improvements over time. These reports are available to all members.
Data for 2025 annual report
PSS has issued a request to all members to provide high-level details of RIDDOR reportable incidents, lost time incidents and near misses to be included in the 2025 port industry incident statistics report.
