Occupational health survey

PSS is undertaking this survey to develop a better understanding of occupational health provision across UK ports. The survey aims to explore the arrangements currently in place, the types of occupational health assessments and health surveillance undertaken, and how provision varies according to different job roles and workplace risks.

The information collected will help PSS identify good practice, understand the challenges faced by member organisations, and highlight potential gaps and opportunities for improvement. The findings will support a clearer picture of occupational health needs across the sector and help inform future PSS guidance, resources and activities to support members in improving occupational health support.

We welcome responses from HR and health and safety professionals involved in occupational health arrangements at their port. Your input will help build a more representative understanding of current provision and inform future priorities for the sector.
