State 21 Ltd is a Security & Resilience management company providing professional skills and training services into Ports, Harbours and wider businesses.
A CPD accredited one-day scenario-based training course to introduce best practice when dealing with situations involving conflict and recording such interactions. It is aimed at individuals who may be required to deal with confrontation in a work environment. This course includes an overview of relevant legislation, an introduction to models that aid in conflict management/decision making, practical skills on how to defuse a situation, the importance of communication skills and best practice on how to appropriately record such interactions.
