We are a small specialised team dedicated to implementing transformational technology and enabling organisational change for railways and engineering. Our goal is to make a significant and measurable difference to the performance of railway assets, engineering and maintenance: improving passenger experience, reducing costs and enhancing safety assurance.
We are railway engineers, with broad experience and deep expertise gained from working both within operator & maintainer organisations and as suppliers to the industry. We believe railways are vital to society, their performance makes a big difference to our everyday lives. We think railways will have to keep getting better and at a faster pace to stay competitive, through implementing new technology and effectively managing change.
