After discussions with both the Health & Safety Executive and Cranfield University, PSS are delighted to announce that we have arranged two Explosives Security Officer courses in November which will be held online using Microsoft TEAMs.
The first course will be held on 12 November 2020. The second on 19 November. These one-day courses will run from 0900 to 1700, and will be delivered by Gavin Dunhill of Cranfield University and Dr Qamar Khan of HSE via Microsoft TEAMs. The course timetable and information pack are currently being reviewed and these will be made available during the registration process.
We know that this is a very popular course, however at the request of the course facilitators, we have been asked to limit the amount of attendees to 25 to enable everyone a chance to raise any questions during the day. We do have another date on standby should there be a high level of interest.
The course fee is £480 + VAT.
The course is aimed at managing the risk of explosives in ports and is suitable for:
- Explosive Security Officer
- Those with ESO responsibilities
- Those responsible for ESOs
