•Depressed fracture to skull leading to cerebral compression
•Lacerated wound to right calf – bleeding moderately
•Unconscious throughout
It is a warm spring afternoon and you have decided to go for a walk on the Great Orme, Llandudno. When you come to an old dry stone wall you climb on it to get a better view. The wall gives way beneath you and you crash to the ground lacerating your right calf on one of the stones and hitting your head on a stone. You suffer a depressed fracture to the skull and remain unconscious throughout the test. Carry a wallet showing your name, address and next of kin details. Dress appropriately for the occasion.
