Lacerated wound to front of left thigh – bleeding moderately, Wound to right eye, Shock

You are a contract gardener and have been sent to the Howard Centre, Llandudno to trim all the hedges in the public gardens. You forgot to bring your protective goggles with you and are using a hedge cutter when a small piece of twig hits you in the eye. The sudden pain causes you to lose control of the cutter and it hits your left leg causing a lacerated wound. Use your own name and address and dress appropriately for the occasion.
