RP13 - Lifting Containers by Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes

Following the receipt of a number of reports of accidents involving container lifting operations by rubber tyred gantry cranes (RTGs), the International Safety Panel decided that an investigation should be carried out to ascertain whether this was an international issue or one that was confined to a few terminals.
