Unit 7 - Personal attributes

Covers a number of attributes to result in good effective working relations with team members and stakeholders. Such attributes include co-operation, negotiation, conflict resolution, team building, providing assistance to team members and personal responsibility. There are also sections on the ability of VTS Operators to ensure that the workload is within capabilities, improving own learning and performance and problem solving.
