•Inhalation of cleaning solvent
•Closed fracture to right collarbone
•Lacerated wound to palm of right hand – bleeding freely
You work in the maintenance department at Seaport Docks and were degreasing some equipment using a cleaning solvent. Because you thought it would not take long you did not bother to put on a face mask. However, after a short time you develop a headache and start to feel dizzy and nauseous and decide to get out into the fresh air. You get as far as the doorway and start to fall. In trying to save yourself you fall on your outstretched hand fracturing your right collarbone and lacerating the palm of your right hand. You remain confused throughout the test but complain of pain. Use you own name and address and dress appropriately for the occasion.
