Instructions to Casualty
You work in the maintenance department at Seaport Docks and have erected a small scaffold tower outside the workshop building prior to carrying out some maintenance work to the roof. As you come down from the scaffolding you lose your footing and start to fall. You manage to break your fall by grabbing at a pole with your left hand but dislocate your shoulder and land heavily on your right foot causing an open fracture to the lower leg close to the ankle joint. You have severe pain in your shoulder, which is locked in position, and to your right leg. Dress appropriately for the occasion, including an HV vest and hard hat, and use your own name and address.
