Instructions to Casualties:
Casualty ‘A’
Your husband was working nights and as you went to lock the front door in the evening you slipped on the tiled floor and landed heavily on your right arm fracturing it at the elbow joint. You were unable to get up and have lain on the cold tiles all night. By the time your husband arrives home the next morning you are cold and shivering. You behave in a disorientated, irrational manner and are unable to have a sensible conversation with anyone, although you react to pain when your right arm is touched. Dress appropriately for the occasion and use your own name and the address shown above.

Casualty ‘B’
You have been working the night shift and, when you arrive home in the morning, find your wife collapsed in the hallway. You try to lift her up but suffer an angina attack and are unable to help her. You carry medication in your pocket and the pain to your chest and arm will ease once you have been assisted to take it. Dress appropriately for the occasion and use your own name and the address shown above.
