Revision of the Construction Regulations

Subscribers are advised that the HSE has issued a consultation to revise the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and the Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations – along with their associated Approved Code of Practice and Guidance. The intention of the consultation is to create a single set of Regulations and Guidance to regulate construction matters in the UK.
