Merchant Shipping (Accident Reporting and Investigation) Regulations 2005

All subscribers are advised that, following consultation, (see Information Paper 030/2004) the revised Merchant Shipping (Accident Reporting and Investigation) Regulations 2005 have now been made and came into force on 18 April 2005.
