Industry Accident Statistics 2005 Reminder

Please find enclosed a 2005 Return of Accident Statistics Form for your completion and return. The annual industry accident statistics are widely used and provide valuable information on accident trends generally. They are also used as a benchmark tool within the industry and are of particular importance this year due to the launch of the Safer Ports Initiative 2 (SPI2). SPI2 will promote the theme of continuous improvement with regard to the industry accident statistics.
