Incident on Luffing Crane Motor Gearbox Platform

A PSSL subscriber has reported an incident that occurred on the motor gearbox platform of a Nelcon Level Luffing Grab Crane. The subsequent investigation into the incident revealed that the driveshaft connecting the gearbox to the motor was not guarded.
