Objective
To familiarise delegates with the IMDG Code
To give delegates a clear understanding of the relevant responsibilities of all involved in transporting Dangerous Goods by sea
To show them how to find the relevant rules that have to be applied by the Shipper, Ships Officers and crew, and others to any particular movement of Dangerous Goods by sea
Who will benefit?
Managers, Supervisors and Operations Staff with responsibility for moving Dangerous Goods by sea
This course has, to date, been attended by over 1200 people including staff from IMO, Maritime and Coastguard Agency and Health and Safety Executive and it is a fully updated repeat of the series first started in 1990. Certificates are awarded on successful completion.
