HSE Launches RIDDOR 1995 Consultation

31 January 2011 HSE launched its consultation on the RIDDOR 1995 regulations. It is proposed that Over-3-day injuries are no longer reportable, yet need to be recorded as an accident in company records. It is also proposed that injuries will not become reportable until the worker has been incapacitated from working for over 7 days after the day of the injury.

The closing date for comments to be received by HSE is 9 May 2011.
