First Aid Review and Dispensations

Subscribers are advised that further information concerning the ongoing review of the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 has been published. Notably, changes to the first aid at work training courses and a new approach to the way in which the HSE will respond to requests for dispensations for requalification following a certificate expiry.
