Diving Prosecution

All subscribers that have recreational dive companies operating on their premises should be aware of a recent diving prosecution. A recently reported prosecution concerned an incident that had occurred in August 2002. During an Advanced Open Water Diving course, one of the students began a rapid ascent to the surface. The diving instructor caught the student and slowed him down. However, the instructor later required treatment for decompression sickness.
