Department of Health Consultation - Health Improvement and Protection Bill

Subscribers that operate vessels are advised that the Maritime and Coastguard Agency has circulated the current Department of Health: Consultation on the Smokefree Elements of the Health Improvement and Protection Bill. The MCA wants to draw attention to the fact that the Bill’s reference to enclosed spaces would include such places on board UK registered ships and fishing vessels.
