Delay in Dock Form Removal

Please find attached information from the HSE relating to the delay in the Docks Form removal.

Following the industry consultation last year the removal of the requirement to complete the docks form F2525 is still being considered under the Government’s new regulatory approach and procedures.
HSE is keen for PSS to convey to members that whilst it means that there is still a ‘legal’ requirement for the form, the HSE approach will be pragmatic.
