Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005

Subscribers are advised that the Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005 (SI 2005 No. 1093) came into force on 6 July 2005. The HSE has printed two leaflets and two pocket cards to facilitate compliance with the new Regulations, one of which is aimed specifically at mobile machine operators and drivers and will therefore be of particular interest to the ports sector.
