Consultation - Revised Scope of the NPE Code

All subscribers are requested to consider the attached draft revised Code of Practice for Non-Permanent Employees (NPEs) and provide comments to PSSL. The proposed scope of the Code has been extended to include all NPEs engaged in cargo handling operations generally not just those that load/unload cargo to/from ships. Some textural changes have also been made.
