Whole Body Vibration in Ports

PSS have been working with interested members the HSE and the Health and Safety Laboratory (HSL) on a project to produce a series of generic assessments on Whole Body Vibration (WBV)for specific items of port plant.

The survey was carried out by the HSL at a selection of member ports on various pieces of port machinery and plant taking into account the vessel, load type and road surface quality.
