Severe pain in the lower back, Closed fracture to bones in the right foot.

You work in the freight shed at Seaport Docks and were checking a recently arrived consignment of goods. You pick up a box to move it out of your way, without realising how heavy it is, and suddenly feel severe pain in your lower back. You drop the box and it lands on your right foot causing closed fractures. You cannot straighten your back to stand upright and will remain in severe pain until assisted to lie flat on the ground.
