Gaping wound to back of head – bleeding profusely, suspected concussion, bruising to the right hip.
You are staying in Llandudno for a few days and go to a concert with a friend one evening. As you return alone to your hotel you step into the road without looking and get ‘clipped’ by a passing car. The wing mirror strikes you a glancing blow to the right hip, causing bruising and tenderness to the area, and you get thrown backwards onto the pavement suffering a wound to the back of the head. You do not lose consciousness but when the competitor arrives on the scene you feel sick and dizzy. You remain conscious, but confused, throughout the test. Use your own name and address and dress appropriately for the occasion.
