Epileptic seizure, lacerated wound to lower lip, closed fracture to left wrist.
You suffer from epilepsy which is usually controlled by medication. However, in your rush to get to work on time you forgot to take your medication. You feel increasingly unwell and as you get up from your desk you suffer a major seizure and fall awkwardly to the floor, biting your lower lip and fracturing your left wrist. The seizure lasts for approximately one minute but you remain dazed and confused throughout the test and unaware of your injuries. Dress appropriately for the occasion and carry your epileptic card with you.
