2005-4
Fracture to lumbar vertebrae, laceration to right knee – bleeding moderately, shock.
You are a member of the local rugby team and were at a training session when the scrum collapsed and you were knocked to the ground. You have severe pain in your lower back and, if asked, can confirm your legs feel stiff and heavy. You are not aware that you also cut your right knee as you fell. Dress appropriately for the occasion, in shorts, and use your own name and address.
